What they do
One Approach That Your Houston Has Taken Towards Meeting The Goals of The Project is Holding Resource Fairs. Weve Held Numerous Resource Fairs Thus Far. Beginning In April,2023 The Organization Held The Spring Into Life Fair At Spring Branch Boys and Girls Club. Zelmas Congregation Healing Arts Health and Wellness Family Resource Fair At The St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. We Held The Acres Homes Resource Fair At Houston Community College. Most Recently We Held The Autumn Harvest Resource Fair At The Youth Development Center. At These Resource Fairs We Are Able to Obtain Completed Registration Forms Which Also Serve As Our Health Needs Assessments. The Outreach Specialists Are Deployed Into The Community to Collect The Required Data From The Community Residents. They Are Also Tasked With Building Traditional and Non-traditional Partners.
