THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERED WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS and INDIVIDUALS IN ORDER to CARRY OUT ITS PROGRAMMATIC MISSION & GOALS and BUILD A COALITION of ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED to EDUCATIONAL LIBERATION ACROSS THE COUNTRY. A LARGE PORTION of THE WORKINCLUDED AN EXTENSIVE ON THE GROUND ORGANIZING CAMPAIGN IN ATLANTA AROUND A TEACHERS IMPENDING PRISON SENTENCE. ATN WAS ABLE to ALSO PRODUCE INFORMATION & RESOURCES for PARENTS ABOUT THEIR CHOICES IN REGARDS to THEIR CHILDRENS STANDARDIZED TESTING. THE ORGANIZATION CARRIED OUT REGULAR PROGRAMMING INCLUDING THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE.
