What they do

This Corporation is A Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is Not Organized for The Private Gain of Any Individual. Its Function Shall Be to Assist Students to Continue Their Educational Goals Given The Uncertainty of The Current Covid Crisis and Its Effect On Education Practices. The Foundation Focuses On The Attributes Supporting Disadvantaged and Low Economic Status Students Who Show Potential In One or More of The Following Areas: Academic Potential, Promoting Intelligent Curiosity, Athletic Ability, and Service to Others With The Intent of Building Character. The Foundation Shall Focus On Providing Support In The Form of Assistance In Connecting Students and Teachers Via Internet. It is Organized Under The Nevada Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law (NRS 82) for Public and Charitable Purposes. Notwithstanding Any Other Provisions of These Bylaws, This Corporation Shall Not, Except to An Insubstantial Degree, Carry On or Engage In Any Activities or Exercise Any Powers That
