In 2024 The Program Conducted Direct Outreach Serving Hundreds of Individuals By Providing Meals Snack Bags Toiletry Kits Clothing and Bus Passes to Help Them Attend Medical Appointments Job Interviews and Housing Meetings. Additionally The Program Funded Weekend Dignity Hotel Stays for Employed Individuals Allowing Them to Clean Up Rest and Prepare for Work Especially When Starting A New Job. By Fostering Relationships and Providing Critical Assistance We Empower Individuals to Take Steps Toward Stability and Long-term Self-sufficiency."
