In 2024-2025 Black Excellenc, Inc. Launched One Full Ascend Cohort, Serving 30 Professionals, Partnered With Evergy, The Urban League, and G.I.F.T. to Recruit Participants and Co-host Sessions, Facilitated Workshops On Identity, Leadership Development, Income Planning, and Business Modeling, Provided Each Participant With A Professional Headshot and Support In Completing A Business or Career Model Canvas, Onboarded Participants Onto Our Proximity Platform, Giving Them Continued Access to Job Opportunities, Volunteer Engagement, and Peer Networking and Achieved Over 85% Session Attendance and Curriculum Completion.
