What they do

Elementary School Performing Arts Residency: Provide A Team of 5 Artists-in-residence Who Work Together to Provide Instruction In Movement, Voice, Craft, and Music, Culminating In A Single Performance Product. The Residency Serves 360 Students In Grades K-5, With A Single Student Participating In 180 Hours of Performing Arts Classes Over The 6-year Residency Period. (*note-- Programming With This Partner Began Prior to Our Transition to A 401(c)3. The 9-year Duration of This Ongoing Residency Exceeds The Number of Years Idea Box Has Been A Non-profit Organization.) Elementary School: A Team of 3 Artists-in-residence Delivered A 6-week "intensive" Residency for 270 Students In Grades K Through 8, Including 2 Classrooms of Special Needs Students With Severe Physical And/or Cognitive Disabilities. Idea Box Worked With The School to Custom Build A "sensory Arts" Curriculum for Early Elementary and Adaptive Classrooms, As Well As Delivering Previously Developed Curricula In Fashion Design,
