Digital Literacy and Technology Access Programs The Organization Provides Digital Equity Services Focused On Improving Access to Technology Strengthening Digital Skills and Increasing Confidence In The Safe and Effective Use of Digital Tools Among Older Adults. Program Activities Include Digital Literacy Education Technology Navigation Assistance Digital Safety Guidance and The Distribution of Donated Computer Equipment to Eligible Participants. During The Year The Organization Delivered Digital Equity Services to Approximately 712 Seniors Including Group-based Education Individualized Assistance and Access Support Services. As Part of These Efforts Nine Individuals Directly Benefited From The Receipt of Donated Computer Equipment and Additional Participants Received Stipends to Support Engagement In Learning Activities. The Organization Also Incurred Direct Program Service Expenses Necessary to Deliver Educational Content Provide Participant Support and Operate.
