IN ADDITION, THIS CORPORATION/ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN FORMED for THE PURPOSE of PERFORMING ALL THINGS INCIDENTAL TO, or APPROPRIATE IN, THE FOREGOING SPECIFIC and PRIMARY PURPOSES.
