THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED to FULFILL SEVERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING of SECTION 501(C) (3) of THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE ("THE CODE"), INCLUDING: (1) PROVIDING RELIEF for THE POOR, DISTRESSED and THE UNDERPRIVILEGED; (2) SUPPORTING UNDERACKNOWLEDGED INDIVIDUALS ON MATTERS BOTH USEFUL to THE INDIVIDUALS and BENEFICIAL to THE COMMUNITY; (3) COMBATING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION; and (4) ELIMINATING PREJUDICE and DISCRIMINATION WITHIN THE DESIGN TRADE and VISUAL ARTS INDUSTRY.
