THE CORPORATION SHALL CARRY OUTTHE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES (AS DEFINED IN SECTION 170(C)(2) of THE CODE)IN SUPPORT of NCIF, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING: (I) ISSUE DEBT, SOLICITAND RECEIVE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS and PHILANTHROPIC GRANTS, and USETHE FUNDS RAISED to MAKE LOANS or GRANTS to NCIF to SUPPORT THECHARITABLE ACTIVITIES of NCIF, (II) OPERATE A LOAN LOSS RESERVE PROGRAMBY WHICH NCIF (AND ITS 100% OWNED SUBSIDIARIES) MAY TRANSFER to THECORPORATION THE RISK of LOSS ON THE LOANS THAT NCIF or ITS 100% OWNEDSUBSIDIARIES MAKES AS PART of ITS CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES, (III) OTHERACTIVITIES to SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES of NCIF.
