A NEW WORK WAS COMMISSIONED FROM AMERICAN COMPOSERS, KAREN WALWYN and PERFORMED AS PART of THE ART and MUSIC CONCERT CELEBRATING THE WORK of LOCAL ARTIST, PATTY WILLIS. HIGHLIGHTS of THE SUMMER FESTIVAL WERE PERFORMANCES of COPLANDS APPALACHIAN SPRING and SCHOENBERGS VERKLAERTE NACHT, AS WELL AS A FREE PERFORMANCE AT STORER COLLEGE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE. PRIOR to THE FESTIVAL PERFORMANCES, ACMF ONCE AGAIN HOSTED A 5-DAY STRINGS CAMP for KIDS and AN ADULT CHAMBER MUSIC WEEKEND WITH THE LARGEST NUMBER of PARTICIPANTS to DATE. 2025 CONCLUDED WITH THE WINTER FESTIVAL WHICH SAW PERFORMANCES IN HARPERS FERRY, CHARLES TOWN and SHEPHERDSTOWN.
