FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTION, THE CITY of LIVINGSTON WILL THEREAFTER MANAGE and MAINTAIN THAT FACILITY PURSUANT to A SEPARATE CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT WAS VOTED INTO PLACE, INCLUDING CREATION of A TAX LEVY ON CITY RESIDENTS to FUND SUCH MAINTENANCE, IN THE SPRING of 2024.
