What they do

The Organization Provided Adaptive Sports and Outdoor Recreation Opportunities for Athletes With Disabilities Through Year-round Programming and Travel Experiences. Program Activities Included Adaptive Ski Trips, Cross-country Hand Cycling Events, and Adaptive Hiking Excursions. Ski Trip Programs Covered Athlete Expenses Including Housing, Travel, Meals, Ski Rentals, Equipment, and Specialized Training to Prepare Participants for Adaptive Skiing Activities. The Organization Also Supported Adaptive Outdoor Recreation Experiences Designed to Increase Accessibility, Physical Activity, Confidence, and Community Involvement for Adaptive Athletes. Through These Programs, Participants Were Able to Engage In Recreational and Athletic Opportunities That May Otherwise Have Been Financially or Physically Inaccessible.
