TMCF is The Nations Largest Organization Exclusively Representing The Black College Community. TMCF Member-schools Include The Publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs). Publicly-supported HBCUs Enroll Over 80% of All Students Attending HBCUs.
