Access Care Anywhere Successfully Launched Communicable Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Efforts to Support Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Prevention and Promote Access to Sexual Health Information, Education, and Equitable Care. Through Funding From A Public Health Equity Grant From The Oregon Health Authority, Our Initial Efforts Focused Primarily On Reducing The Spread of Syphilis and Preventing Congenital Syphilis As Well As Addressing HPV In Clackamas County. Working With Community Members, Local, and State Public Health, Among Others, to Identify and Respond to Community Priorities for Health, We Provided Sexual Health Education and Conducted STI Prevention Activities, Including Condom Distribution, and Connected People to Medical Care and Insurance Coverage.
