BLACK ADMINS and EDUCATORS CURATE CONTENT, ART, and PROGRAMMING, and MOST of ALL, HOLD NON-BLACK MEMBERS ACCOUNTABLE VIA REFLECTION and GUIDED RESPONSE, SO THEY CAN EFFECTIVELY PRACTICE THE RADICAL THOUGHT and ACTION PROCESSES NECESSARY to DISRUPT INSTITUTIONS of OPPRESSION.
