SURVEY RESULTS WERE NOT ABLE to BE EXTRAPOLATED BUT PRIOR YEAR RESULTS INDICATED AN AVERAGE of 5% IN INCREASED SALARIES..2. AAUW-TUCSON, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LEAGUE of WOMEN VOTERS and THE UNIVERSITY of ARIZONA, SUSPENDED THE ANNUAL RUNNING and WINNING WORKSHOP for HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS DUE to COVID. THE DAY-LONG IN-PERSON WORKSHOP is CONDUCTED AT A LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL to INTRODUCE GIRLS HOW to BUILD A CAMPAIGN ABOUT ISSUES THEY CARE ABOUT and to RUN for AN ELECTED OFFICE. THE PROGRAM WILL RESUME WHEN RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED..3. AAUW-TUCSON AWARDED TWO VIRGINIA PALMER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS to FEMALE STUDENTS CONTINUING A DEGREE IN HIGHER EDUCATION AT PIMA COMMU
