CONSTRUCTION COST INCREASES ARE DRIVEN BY UNPRECEDENTED PRICE INCREASES IN REAL ESTATE and INCREASES IN COSTS of LUMBER and OTHER CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, MOST NOTICABLY CEMENT. IN THE FACE of THESE PRESSURES THE CACHE VALLEY HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION WORKS WITH BUILDERS to CREATE A DIALOGUE WITH CITIES to CREATE A CHANNEL to ADDRESS OVER-REGULATION. AT THE SAME TIME, THE CVHBA WORKS WITH THE LOCAL REALTOR GROUP to COLLABORATE ON SOLUTIONS THAT LOWER HOM
