THE ORCHARD FOUNDATIONS ACTIVITIES AS DESCRIBED ARE CARRIED OUT for THE BENEFIT of ITS SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, THE RAPIDES FOUNDATION.THE ORCHARD FOUNDATION is A 509(A)(3) TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION.
