ANYTOWN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE is AN AWARD-WINNING HUMAN RELATIONS TRAINING for TEENS FROM THROUGHOUT THE STATE, WHICH FOCUSES ON BUILDING SELF-AWARENESS, SELF- ESTEEM, FOSTERING LEADERSHIP and PROMOTING GOOD CITIZENSHIP. THIS PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED IN OKLAHOMA IN 1994. THE INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE is A THREE-DAY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING for WORKING PROFESSIONALS INTERESTED IN ADVANCING THEIR ORGANIZATIONS DIVERSITY, EQUITY, and INCLUSION INITIATIVES and of BECOMING INFORMED LEADERS to PROMOTE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THROUGH FACILITATED DISCUSSIONS, INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES, and KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS, PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS NEEDED to CREATE and IMPLEMENT POLICIES and PRACTICES THAT IMPROVE HUMAN RELATIONS.
