THE ORGANIZATION HELPS STUDENTS DEVELOP FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS, BUILD SOCIAL CAPITAL, and IMPROVE THEIR FINANCIAL LITERACY SO THAT THE ALUMNI CAN FIND JOBS WITH GROSS ANNUAL INCOME AT or ABOVE $60,000.
