THROUGH ACTIVE PARTICIPATION, NCNW AIM to GROW INTO A COMMUNITY LEADER BASED ON MANUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM for LEADERSHIP THROUGH EXPERIENCE of ON-SITE COMMUNITY SERVICE. EACH LEADER SHALL EQUIPPED WITH MAIN PRINCIPAL of BECOMING THE LIGHT and SALT of THE WORLD. EACH LEADER SHALL STRIVE to FILL THE NEED of POOR and ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGEOUS COMMUNITY PEOPLE BY SUPPLYING NECESSITY, FOOD, and ALTERNATIVE HOUSING.
