TOGETHER TOWARDS TRANSPLANT PROGRAM: OTL Has A Proven Track Record of Helping Individuals Secure Living Donors, As Shown By Significantly Higher Success Rate In Securing A Living Donor for Families Participating In Together Towards Transplant. Nationally, 23% of Kidney Transplants Come From Living Donors. Most Recently, This Number Rises to 56% for Patients In Our Program. OTLs Together Towards Transplant Provides Direct Support, Including Offering Families A Personalized Plan to Launch A Living Donor Campaign. This Program Has Continued to Grow, and In 2024 We Served 120 Individuals and Their Families/teams. As A Part of Together Toward Transplant, Clients Gain Access to A Variety of Offerings Available to Patients, Their Families, and Other Support Persons, Including: >> MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORT: A Service That Provides Ongoing Consultation, Access to Discounted Materials, and Customized Campaigns for Individuals Seeking A Transplant.
