The Transplant House of West Michigan is Organized to Provide Individuals and Their Families That Are Going Through The Organ Transplant Process An Affordable Temporary Home Away From Home In West Michigan to Ease The Transitions of Their Transplant Journey. The Transplant House of West Michigan Was Founded By Two Transplant Recipients Brought Together By The Gift of Organ Donation. We Understand The Hardships and Want to Help Provide A Supportive, Affordable, and Temporary Home Away From Home for Recipients, Caregivers and Those Going Through The Transplant Process. The Transplant House of West Michigan is Intentionally Located Only A Few Miles Away From West Michigans Largest Hospital System to Ensure That Family is Close During The Transplant Process. The Organization is Raising Funds In Order to Support A Multi-unit Home That Will Be Rented On A Daily, Weekly or Monthly Basis to Patients and Families Going Through The Organ Transplant Process At Below Market Cost or No Cost.
