Assets of The Organization Are Permanently Dedicated to The Exempt Purpose Described Under Section 501(c)(3). No Part of The Net Earnings of The Organization Shall Inure to The Benefit of Any Private Individual, and No Director, Officer, or Employee of The Organization Shall Receive Any Compensation or Other Payment In Excess of Reasonable Compensation for Services Actually Rendered to The Organization.
