WE USE LESS THAN 1 of OUR DONATIONS ON OVERHEAD. WHEN DONATIONS EXCEED RESCUE OPERATIONS, WE IDENTIFY PIVOTAL PARTNERS and ENABLE THEIR OPERATIONS THROUGH FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
