Each Year During Black Business Month We Host Our BLK Xcellence Brunch. Through This Event, We Are Able to Recognize 45+ Local Businesses and Business Owners for Their Incredible Service to Our Community. In Addition, We Intentionally Hire Black-owned Business and Entrepreneurs and Pay Black Performers and Artists to Support The Event. Highlight and Teach Both Local and Global Black History Honor Historical Black Figures In Clarksville Provide Youth Access to Arts Education and Exploration Showcase Black Culture and Promote Inclusivity Spotlight Black Leadership and Career Representation Display and Promote Art and Art Forms Created Voter Education Content and Guides Including Emails, Social Media Graphics, and Professionally Recorded Videos Co-hosted Election Hubs In August and November to Remind Community Members to Vote and Answer Any Questions They Had About The Upcoming Elections Co-hosted Party At The Polls In October to Help Keep Community Members In Line and Answer Questions Re
