GALS BEST PAL INCORPORATED

EIN 87-3197693 · Alliances & Advocacy - Animals (D01)

What they do

THE GALS BEST PAL RESCUE MISSION is to BE A VOICE for THE VOICELESS AS IT ADVOCATES for THE DOGS IN ITS CARE WHILE FINDING THEM SAFE, SUITABLE, CARING HOMES. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH LIKEMINDED PARTNERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY and THROUGHOUT THE STATE of MASSACHUSETTS to RESCUE UNWANTED ANIMALS EXPERIENCING NEGLECT, ABUSE, HOMELESSNESS or AT RISK of EUTHANASIA. THE RESCUE ALSO STRIVES to MAKE A DIFFERENCE for MANY UNWANTED DOGS FROM DIFFERENT UNFORTUNATE SITUATIONS. IT DOES THIS BY PROVIDING NURTURING FOSTER HOMES, PROMOTING THE IMPORTANCE of RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERSHIP AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, SPAYING and NEUTERING EVERY DOG THAT COMES THROUGH THE RESCUE AS IT AIMS to CUT BACK ON THE OVERPOPULATION CRISIS OCCURRING IN MANY SHELTERS and RESCUES ACROSS THE NATION.

Are they doing good?

Easy charity check
Good signs so far

The public paperwork has several good signs. Now check whether the charity can show who it helped.

Here is the honest answer: A tax form shows money and paperwork. It cannot prove that people, animals, or the community were truly helped.

Ask these three easy questions

  1. Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
  2. What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
  3. Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.

Bottom line: Good paperwork is a good sign—not proof. The best answer comes when the charity can show what it changed, who it helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
