What they do
Throughout 2024, AFC Hosted A Variety of Regular Programs and Workshops Designed to Serve Muslim Women In The Community. These Included Monthly Meetups for Mothers and Toddlers, Health-focused Events, Spiritual Gatherings, and Professional Development Groups. Our Events Are Tailored to Support Muslim Women of Diverse Ages and Backgrounds. AFC Also Initiated A Mentorship Program for Muslim Women Aged 18 and Older, Pairing Mentors and Mentees for Approximately Three Months to Offer Professional Guidance, Support, and Networking Opportunities. Since 2022, AFC Has Offered Over 100 Programs, Supporting More Than 2,000 Women Through Various Initiatives and Events. During The Month of Ramadan, AFC Successfully Raised Approximately $15,000 Through The "Give, Grow, Flourish" Campaign. This Campaign Aimed to Sustain Our Yearly Operations, Expand Programming, and Establish More Stable Funding, Particularly Through Monthly Recurring Donors.
