Our Focus is On Reducing Recidivism and Promoting Self-sufficiency. Through The Peer & Clinician Collaborative Alliance PCCA We Are Strengthening The Behavioral Health Workforce. Peer Voices United Holds A 50% Stake In PCCA A Unique Training Initiative Designed to Bridge The Gap Between Peer Specialists and Clinical Professionals. PCCA Offers Certification Programs Cross-disciplinary Training and Collaborative Learning Opportunities for Peer Specialists Community Health Workers and Clinicians. This Ensures A More Integrated and Effective Behavioral Health Workforce. Together PVU and PCCA Train and Certify Professionals Increase Workforce Capacity and Improve The Quality of Care Reinforcing The Peer-led Movement In Behavioral Health.
