Financial Support for Transport Programs of Coalition Members: CART Provides Services to CART Coalition Members to Facilitate and Streamline Their Programs to Transport Adoptable Animals Out of Arkansas. Besides Managing Relationships With Destination Partners In Other States and Providing Planning and Logistical Assistance CART Provides Funding to These Members As Monies Are Available. CART Experienced An Exceptional Year In 2025 Supported In Large Part By A Major Grant From PetSmart Charities. This Enabled CART to Fund 77 Transports That Moved 2,399 Animals Compared to 1,195 In 2024 While Delivering Remarkable Efficiency: 97 Cents of Every Dollar Spent In 2025 Went Directly to Our Members. The Funds Were Primarily Awarded for Payments to Support Transport Costs and Vehicle-related Expenses Reimbursement for Health Certificates and Reimbursement for Spay Neuter Surgery. Separately Supplies for Animals Were Provided. In 2025 CART Spent $109,422 In These Categories.
