The Organizations Activities Include Providing Networking, Education and Professional Development Opportunities for Investment Management Industry Professionals and Service Providers of Color, for The Purpose of Facilitating Access and Career Progression, and Providing A Platform for Firms to Identify Diverse Talent and to Learn About Best Practices for Hiring, Retaining and Promoting Such Professionals.
