EACH MEMBER COMMUNITY WILL ASSIGN ITS ANNUAL CMED CREDIT FROM THE STATE of CONNECTICUT to AMR and WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE A PERCENTAGE of THEIR COST BASED ON POPULATION, AS REPORTED IN THE MOST RECENT ANNUAL UNITED STATES CENSUS POPULATION FIGURES.
