WE HAPPEN to BELIEVE, THAT EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE. TODAY WE ARE FOCUSED ON SETTING ABOUT THE TASK of IDENTIFYING and HELPING THE FAMILIES WHO NEVER HAD ONE. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, MANY INDIVIDUALS PAY BY LOSING THEIR FREEDOM, THE FAMILIES of THOSE INDIVIDUALS ARE MYLES AWAY FAMILYS and WE SEEK to PROVIDE THEM WITH THE MEANS to OBTAIN CLARITY and HELP THEY NEED to MOVE FORWARD. THE CORPORATION is FORMED for THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE of PROVIDING ON A FREE of CHARGE BASIS THE MEANS for THE LOW and MODERATE-INCOME INMATES CONVITED of NONVIOLENT CRIMES IN STATE and FEDERAL COURTS NATIONWIDE to FIND, RETIAN and PAY for LEGAL COUNSEL to REPRESENT THEM; (A) AT TRIAL; (B) AT SENTENCING; (C) IN POST-CONVICTION CHALLENGES to THEIR CONVICTIONS AND/OR SENTENCES; AND/OR (D) IN ATTEMPTS AT OBTAINING NEW SENTENCING HEARINGS AND/OR
