Reading Literacy Enhancement Program: The Reading Literacy Enhancement Program is A Transformative Initiative Designed to Close The Reading Literacy Gap Among Black Youth. This Program Integrates Literature By Black Authors Into School Curriculums and Provides Supplementary After-school Tutoring In Collaboration With Community Partners. Accomplishments: Virtual Reading Pop-Up In Response to The Growing Need for Accessible Literacy Resources We Launched Our Virtual Reading Pop-Up In 2022. This Innovative Program Reached Hundreds of Children Providing Them With Engaging and Culturally Relevant Reading Materials. The Virtual Format Allowed Us to Connect With Students Across Different Regions Ensuring That No Child Was Left Behind Due to Geographical Barriers. In-Person Reading Literacy Pop-Up Building On The Success of Our Virtual Program We Expanded to In-person Sessions In 2023. These Three-hour Reading Literacy Pop-ups Offered An Immersive and Interactive Learning Experience. We Enroll
