HEAR OUR VOICES WILL SEEK to ACHIEVE THIS MISSION WITH THE ULTIMATE OBJECTIVE of ACHIEVING A BETTER EDUCATION and LIFE for DISABLED and SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN and THEIR FAMILIES.
