IT WILL MAKE SPECIAL EFFORTS to BE INCLUSIVE and ENGAGE ALL BOROUGH RESIDENTS, INCLUDING THOSE WHO TRADITIONALLY HAVE BEEN DISENFRANCHISED, WITH INFORMATION, PROGRAMS, and EVENTS THAT EDUCATE and ENHANCE ALL BROOKLYNITES LIVES.
