What they do

Bridging The Gap Provides Several 12-16 Week Leadership Training Programs, All Focusing On Skills, Relationships, and Confidence With The Goal of Developing The Next Generation of Leaders for Our Community. The Programs Are Customized Into Six Primary Cohorts: Those Who Have Been Impacted By The Justice System {Justice Impacted Cohort}, Those Who Are Young Adults {Next Gen Cohort}, Those Who Speak Spanish As A Primary Language {En Espanol Cohort}, Those Who Are Incarcerated {Behind The Walls}, Those Who Are Training Up The Communities Youth {Educators Cohort}, and Those Who Come From Underserved and Diversified Communities {Emerging Leaders Cohort}. We Also Host An Annual Conference, Called A Better You, Discussing and Dealing With Mental Health and Mental Wellness With The Goal of Bringing Hope and Education to All Attendees Relating to Mental Health. These Programs and The Annual Conference Are Supported By Donations and Corporate Sponsorships.
