THE STUDY AIMED to ASSESS BOTH THE PRELIMINARY EFFECTIVENESS of THE PROGRAM ON PARTICIPANTS HEALTH BEHAVIORS and PSYCHOSOCIAL WELL-BEING, AS WELL AS KEY FACTORS INFLUENCING ITS REAL-WORLD IMPLEMENTATION IN DIVERSE CLINICAL SETTINGS. FUNDS WERE USED to PAY PROGRAM STAFF, SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE, PURCHASE PAVING WORKBOOKS, ETC.
