CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP THROUGH DAILY MORNING PRAYER and BIBLE TEACHING ONE NIGHT A WEEK FROM VARIOUS TEACHERS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON RECOVERY. INTERACTING WITH MEMBERS of THE BODY of CHRIST IN ORDER to CREATE A SAFE SPACE for RELATIONSHIPS to DEVELOP THAT ARE INTEGRAL to HEALING. 3. PHYSICAL WELLNESS: WE EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE of SOUND NUTRITION AS WE LEARN ABOUT INGREDIENTS and REGULAR EXERCISE. WE HOPE to HAVE AN EXERCISE CLASS ONCE A WEEK AT OUR FACILITY. 4. FINANCIAL WELLNESS: WE WILL PARTNER WITH A LOCAL GENTLEMAN WHO HAS BEEN TRAINED THROUGH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH to TEACH
