AS BEAUTY and WELLNESS ARE AGGRESSIVELY WORKING to BROADEN PRODUCTS to SUIT ALL CUSTOMERS and to CREATE MORE INCLUSIVE MESSAGING, AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT IN CAPTURING THAT MARKET SHARE REQUIRES A NEW TAKE ON INVESTING IN and TRAINING LEADERS FROM THESE UNDERREPRESENTED COMMUNITIES.
