Tricounty Play Collaborative Continued Its Mission of Expanding Access to Early Learning, Culture, and Community Connection for Families Across The Tri-County Region. We Hosted Three Early Care Community of Practice Gatherings, Offering Child Care Providers Opportunities to Reflect, Collaborate, and Engage In Professional Development Rooted In Equity and Play-based Learning. We Held Four Play and Read Events At Local Libraries and Community Hubs, Integrating Literacy Activities, Culturally Relevant Storybooks, and Interactive Play Experiences for Young Children and Their Caregivers. to Address Water Safety Disparities In Underserved Communities, We Partnered With Local Organizations to Offer Swimmershipsproviding Families With Young Children Access to Swim Instruction and Water Safety Education. Tricounty Play Collaborative Also Led A Community Asset Mapping Initiative Designed to Explore Community Interest In Enhancing Early Math Learning Through Local Environments, Such As Parks and
