SECOND, to PLAN and HOST THE ANNUAL JUNE FEST CELEBRATION for THE CITIZENS of MOTLEY and to PROMOTE THE CITY of MOTLEY and JUNE FEST to NON-RESIDENTS WHO WOULD NOT NORMALLY VISIT THE CITY of MOTLEY. FINALLY, THE MOTLEY COMMUNITY EVENTS ORGANIZATION WILL SUPPORT LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENTS and YOUTH ORIENTED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS FUTURE FARMERS of AMERICA IN and AROUND THE CITY of MOTLEY.
