THE GROW WELLNESS FOUNDATION is ORGANIZED and OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY for THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS A NON-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 501(C)(3) of THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE CORPORATION WILL WORK IN COLLABERATION WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, PRIVATE DONORS and WITH APPROPRIATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES to FULFILL THIS PURPOSE.
