1. Village Leadership Program: The Village Leadership Program Equips Black and Brown Middle School Boys With The Skills Resources and Networks Necessary to Set and Achieve Future Goals. The Program Provides Weekly Leadership Workshops Wellness Activities Yoga Boxing Cardio and Meditation Field Trips to Foster Joy and Community Mentoring and Coaching. In 2025 The Program Served Over 50 Students Focusing On Physical Mental Social-emotional and Spiritual Wellness While Fostering A Strong Sense of Belonging. 2. Compass Program: Compass Supports Black and Brown Male High School Students Through Critical Transitions In High School and Into Post-secondary Opportunities. The Program Includes Leadership Workshops Wellness Activities Mentoring and Coaching With A New Focus On Service and Community Engagement. In 2025 Compass Served 30 High School Students Helping Them Navigate Academic and Personal Growth Challenges Prepare for Post-secondary Pathways and Engage In Meaningful Service Projects. 3
