Our Purpose is to Reduce Homelessness By Assisting In Making Housing Equitable for All In The Areas of Education, Ownership and Vocational Opportunities By Partnering With Local Organizations With Similar Goals and Providing Grants That Cover The Closing Cost Associated With Home Ownership. We Also Seek to Provide Youth Education and Empowerment In The Real Estate Industry By Exposing Students to The Career Opportunities Available In The Industry, Providing Financial Assistance That Covers The Cost of Pre-licensing, Licensing and The First Year of Agent Expenses for New Agents Through The Bolst Works Scholars Program and Providing Students A Mentor to Help With The Transition Into The Industry.
