THE FOUNDATION WILL PUBLISH PAPERS to EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES. THE FOUNDATION WILL ADVISE and WORK TOGETHER WITH OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT SEEK to EDUCATE and SUPPORT THEIR MEMBERS ABOUT THESES ISSUES.
