IT is AN ACCREDITED MEMBER SCHOOL of THE ASSOCIATION of WALDORF SCHOOLS of NORTH AMERICA (AWSNA) and THE NORTHWEST ASSOCIATION of INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS (NWAIS). IT is ALSO A MEMBER of THE WALDORF EARLY CHILDHOOD ASSOCIATION of NORTH AMERICA (WECAN) and THE PUGET SOUND INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS NETWORK (PSIS). WALDORF EDUCATION is BASED ON THE PHILOSOPHIES of RUDOLPH STEINER, and is INTENDED to DEVELOP STUDENTS INTELLECTUAL, ARTISTIC, and PRACTICAL SKILLS, WITH FOCUS ON IMAGINATION and CREATIVITY.
