WE CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS BY TEACHING RESIDENTS HOW to PRACTICE FINANCIAL PLANNING and THE IMPORTANCE of EMPLOYMENT, HAVING DISCUSSTION ABOUT THEIR INDIVIDUAL GOALS and PROGRESS ON THOSE GOALS, and BY PROVIDING ENCOURAGEMENT and POSITIVE REGARD to HELP THEM GAIN and MAINTAIN A SENSE of SELF WORTH.
