The Mission of The Labor Union is to Provide Fair Wages Working Conditions and Protections to Our 65 Members of The Rochester Hills Fire Department. Our Members Provide First Responder Services to The Community. The Majority of Our Dues Collected Go Towards Payment of Membership Dues to Both The International Association of Fire Fighters and to The Michigan Professional Fire Fighters Union. Additional Assets Go Towards Operating Costs Including Legal Fees Insurance and Negotiations.
